The personal request of the CEO – Mr. Olaf Schlüter – is it, to correspond with quality and service to the new challenges of the market. In the first place the most important thing is the close cooperation with our customers. Qualified employees working in the back office and in the field service are competent business partners when projecting a technical and economical tailored solution and so they contribute to a sustainable increase in productivity.

An extensive and innovative program of technical components is the precondition for a rapid and efficient conception of a technical overall solution in cooperation with the sister companies.

Certification in DIN EN ISO 9001:2008:

For the realisation of our enterprise guidelines and the implementation of the specified goals, we have targeted a process-oriented and a customer-oriented quality management system on the base of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in 2013. In 2014 the documentation and the implementation took place so that the whole group of the management system is certified in DIN EN ISO 9001:2008:

3 Liability of the management

The management defines the quality policy.  This emerges with the compliance of the customer requirements and conduce the continuous improvement of the management.

The quality policy is verified, concerning the currency, by the managing director in determined distances and if necessary restated.  The managing director conveys the quality policy to the employers across instruction and posters and cares for the understanding and implementation of the quality aims.

The OS-Group works customer-oriented. All products, services, activities and decisions have to correspond to the requirements of the customers, the legal regulations and the entrepreneurial requirements.

Our philosophy is based on the following guiding principle:

  • High level for the function and service of our products
  • Obligation for our quality, efficiency and flexibility
  • Innovation across the praxis
  • Realistic prices and adherence to schedules
  • Customer service in the whole period of application

The quality of the products and services are important components for the long-term security of our company.  Each employee is obliged to contribute to the improvement of the quality.
